How To Get Started

Ready to put the power and leverage of barter to work for yourself? Joining has never been easier!

To start, we’ll need to learn a few things about your business, arrange for payment of your one-time joining fee, and put a Tax ID and signed W-9 Tax form on file for your organization.

  Step One:

Step one is a visit to our online application page. Once you have submitted your business address and other pertinent information you will be taken to a secure payment page for Step Two.

  Step Two:

Here you will be asked to post your initial joining fee. We accept all major credit cards. If you’d like to pay by check, feel free to give us a call at 301-949-4900 and we will help you make arrangements.

Once that is complete, you are almost there.

  Step Three:

All that is left is the transmittal of your signed W-9 Tax Form. Please download the form, save it to your computer. Then either fax your signed version to our office at 301-949-0142 or attach it to your email and send it to Perry@bartersystems.com

Once your W-9 is received you are officially on-board and will be issued your own personalized trading card and access to our full directory of members.
