To start, we’ll need to learn a few things about your business, arrange for payment of your one-time joining fee, and put a Tax ID and signed W-9 Tax form on file for your organization.
Step one is a visit to our online application page. Once you’ve submitted your business address and other pertinent information you will be taken to a secure payment page for Step Two.
Here you will be asked to post your initial joining fee. We accept all major credit cards. If you’d like to pay by check, feel free to give us a call at 301.949.4900 and we’ll help you make arrangements.
Once that’s complete, you’re almost there.
All that’s left is the transmittal of your Signed W-9 Tax Form. Please download the form, save it to your computer. Then either fax your signed version to our office at 301.949.0142 or attach it to your email and send it to email@example.com
Once your W-9 is received you’re officially on-board and will be issued your own personalized trading card and access to our full directory of members. For the complete list of members services please click here.
